Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

• Full payment required before dispatch (unless otherwise agreed)
• For bulk orders, 50% advance payment may be accepted
• Payment confirmation required within 24 hours of order placement

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and neighboring states. Delivery times vary by location:

• Gowribidanur: Same-day pickup available
• Chikkaballapur, Hindupur: 2-4 hours
• Karnataka (within state): 1-3 days
• Andhra Pradesh: 2-4 days
• Other states: 3-7 days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above certain value thresholds.

Warranty and Returns

Warranty Coverage

• Machines: 1-year manufacturer warranty on motor and structural defects
• Spare Parts: 3-6 months warranty (varies by component)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear or misuse

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer must provide photos/videos of damage
• Return shipping costs borne by HKGN for defective items
• Refund processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

Rubber fingers and consumable spare parts cannot be returned once packaging is opened (unless defective).

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Follow installation and operation guidelines provided
• Perform regular maintenance as recommended
• Use genuine HKGN spare parts for replacements
• Not use products for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Limitation of Liability

HKGN Chicken Machine Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or business losses resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product designs are the property of HKGN Chicken Machine Works. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation (if negotiation fails)
• Arbitration in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka (if mediation fails)

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
