Delivery Process & Acceptance

At the Time of Delivery

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please follow these steps when receiving your order:

  1. Inspect the package: Check for external damage before accepting
  2. Open in front of delivery person: Open the box and inspect contents
  3. Verify items: Ensure all products and accessories are present
  4. Check for damage: Look for any visible damage to the product
  5. Take photos/videos: If damaged, photograph immediately with delivery person present
  6. Sign delivery receipt: Only sign after verifying everything is in order

🚨 If Package is Damaged:

  • • DO NOT accept the delivery
  • • Take photos of damaged packaging
  • • Note damage on delivery receipt (if you must accept it)

Undeliverable Orders & Re-Delivery

Reasons for Non-Delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Customer not available (after 3 delivery attempts)
  • Refused by customer at door
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Closed business location / inaccessible area

Re-Delivery Policy

  • 1st & 2nd attempt: FREE re-delivery within 48 hours
  • 3rd attempt: ₹200 re-delivery charge
  • Address correction: ₹300 charge for wrong address
  • Package return: If undelivered after 3 attempts, returned to us; customer charged return shipping + 10% restocking fee

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Available for:

  • • Orders within Zone 1, 2, and 3 only (Gowribidanur, Chikkaballapur district, nearby AP border)
  • • Order value: Up to ₹15,000
  • • COD fee: ₹50 (for amounts below ₹5,000)
  • • Payment accepted: Cash only (exact amount preferred)

Note: COD is NOT available for bulk orders, custom orders, or long-distance deliveries (Zone 4-6). Online payment required for those orders.

Delivery Issues & Resolution

Order Delayed

Contact us if delivery exceeds estimated time. We'll track with courier and provide updates. Compensation available for significant delays (beyond 5 business days).

Damaged in Transit

Photograph damage immediately. We'll arrange replacement or full refund within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for details.

Wrong Item Delivered

We'll arrange immediate pickup and send correct item at no extra cost. Priority delivery within 24-48 hours.

Missing Accessories/Parts

Report within 24 hours of delivery. We'll dispatch missing items immediately via fastest courier at no charge.

Package Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, report within 48 hours. We'll investigate with courier. Full refund or replacement if proven lost.
