After delivery, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy (see below).

7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and labels intact
• All accessories, manuals, and parts included
• Return request made within 7 days of delivery
• Photo/video proof of damage or defect (if applicable)

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• Online Payments (Razorpay): Refunded to same card/UPI/bank account
• UPI/GPay/PhonePe: Credited directly to linked account
• Bank Transfer: Refunded to same bank account (provide details if needed)
• Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)

Return Shipping Costs

✓ We Pay Return Shipping If:

• Product arrived damaged during transit
• Product is defective or not working
• Wrong product was delivered
• Parts or accessories missing from package

✗ Customer Pays Return Shipping If:

• Change of mind (no longer need the product)
• Ordered wrong product by mistake
• Product doesn't meet expectations (not a defect)

Warranty vs Return Policy

Note: If a defect appears after 7 days but within 1 year, use the warranty claim process instead of the return process. See our Terms & Conditions for warranty details.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or model:

1. Return the original product (follow return process above)
2. Receive refund within 7-10 business days
3. Place a new order for the desired product

Exception: If we sent the wrong product, we will arrange immediate exchange at no extra cost.
